We charge a $450 flat processing fee for each first mortgage file processed and closed. For second mortgages or HELOC's we charge $100. Any loan that goes through the processing cycle but does not close is only $50.

The Broker will:
Take the Loan Application, Collect signed disclosures, Collect borrower docs, Identify lender and program, as well as, Lock the loan. Send the Processing Submission Form.
Mortgage Madness will:
Order appaisal and title, Order payoff and subordination agreement (if necessary), Verify disclosures are accurate and complete, review credit report, bank statements, pay stubs and W2's, Submit loan package to lender, Clear lender conditions, Contact hazard insurance company for new mortgagee clause, Prepare fee sheet for review by broker, then submit to lender, Coordinate and schedule closing, Follow up to confirm closing was successful, Assemble a post closing loan package and deliver to broker, Keep the broker informed throughout the whole loan process
We are able to process nationwide EXCEPT in the following states: AL, AZ, DC, GA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA, and WV.
